Thank you very much for booking with the British Alpine Ski School network. We take great care to provide you with a quality of service that exceeds your expectations. We hope that you enjoy your time with us and choose to return soon. Here is the inevitable small print. Please read, in particular note the minimum requirements for your course.
All bookings with the British Alpine Ski & Snowboard School and for our series of clinics throughout the Alps and elsewhere are subject to these conditions. This contract will be governed by, and construed and interpreted in accordance with, English law.
Clients attending our courses must pay the appropriate fee in full, before joining the class.  In the case of advance bookings, we will reserve your place for a maximum of 7 days from the date of issue of the proposal.  Please return your remittance within this period to confirm your booking. No contract will exist until we issue a receipt, accepting your payment.
Prices may be subject to revision.
We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card (VISA OR MASTERCARD) or debit card.
Credit and Debit card transactions
Please note that all card transactions are protected by encryption on a secure server; your personal data remains safeguarded and the process complies with all the security requirements for internet-based transactions. Your card statement will show a transaction to Ski Pro Services, VAT REG no: 720 0407 94, Kings Lynn, Norfolk.
Cancellation
In the event of you cancelling your reservation, the following charges apply:

  • More than 6 weeks notice - 10% of fee
  • 2 to 6 weeks notice - 50% of fee
  • 1 to 2 weeks notice - 90% of fee
  • Less than 7 days notice - 100% of fee.

No refund will be given by the Ski School, in whole or in part, for unused lessons due to client late arrival, illness, accident, resort closure due to weather conditions or mechanical failure, or for any other cause outside the control of the Ski School.
The Ski School reserves the right to cancel its lessons for a variety of reasons. Full refunds of unused lessons will be made in this instance.
Course places are not transferable.
The ski school does not insure its clients. You are obliged to insure yourself for third party liability. We recommend that you arrange an appropriate policy, which also includes personal, medical and rescue insurance, with a licensed agent.
Minimum numbers and course duration
All courses require a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 clients (8 clients for the Professional Programme, maximum 4 for the Mini Beginners) to allow the course to run for the specified duration.  With fewer numbers, we can run some of our courses for a reduced time. We will offer you a conversion to private lessons in the case that the minimum numbers have not been reached; alternatively we will offer a full refund.
We are obliged to take into account the prevailing conditions and the standards of our clients. We, therefore, establish our programme of class times, venues etc. at the beginning of each week. These arrangements are always subject to alteration in the light of prevailing circumstances.
For reasons of safety, it is a condition of booking that you will respect the professional judgement of your instructor while you are in the class.
Clients should present themselves in a fit and safe condition for physical activity in the mountain environment.
If, at any time during your course, you have cause for complaint, you must let us know immediately and we will endeavour to address the situation, to your satisfaction.
