BASS St Moritz are offering specialist clinics and personal training opportunities in the UK during the off-season.
The on-snow courses will normally be based at Hemel indoor slope, but other venues are possible, on request.


Specialist clinics:

• Private, and group, half-day or full-day `confidence` programmes aimed at tentative skiers.

• Personalised `return to skiing` programmes for skiers recovering from injury, including ski-specific reconditioning advice.
• Expert biomechanical and video analysis and specific functional, strength assessment.
• Day course, pre-season tune-ups and technical skills development for developing intermediate/advanced skiers.
• Ski specific fitness training.
