Hugh trains and examines ski teachers and their teachers and is the founder of the BASS Network.
He has helped to create the internationally respected instructor training system used by the British Association of Snowsports Instructors.
For many years, Hugh was invited to train the British Mountain Guides in Off Piste skiing performance.
He continues to train ski teachers in skiing performance, on and off piste, and the art of teaching it.
His off piste skiing and Heliski clinics have taken him throughout the Alps and also to Canada, Argentina, and Greenland.
