Where we ski

Located in the heart of the famous Portes du Soliel ski area, Les Gets is perfectly located to access 650km of piste and 14 different resorts.

Les Gets is the ideal family resort with it's picturesque village centre and beginner friendly ski area. BASS lessons for all levels meet at the top of the Chavannes red bubble by the Yeti Restuarant. From here you will be able to access 3 different learner ski lifts ideal for beginners and children as well as a large variety of red and black runs to challenge the most expert of skiers.

Myself and my boyfriend went skiing in March, we are far apart in ability as he has skied since he was 10 and I've been 3 times now over 7 years (We are both aged 23/24).

The last time I went skiing I lost confidence as I didn't have a good ski school to guide me. I started to feel as though skiing wasn't for me and that I couldn't do it.

This year was my first time skiing with Bass and it definitely won't be the last. Marc took myself and 2 others out for the "Approaching Parallel" adult class. He built up our confidence during the week and made the lessons fun too! He made me realise that I had been taught incorrectly the last time I had gone. I now I can't wait to go back which is how you should feel after a week of skiing!

This was the perfect ski school for my slightly nervous eight year old who'd had a previous not so good experience with another ski school in the past. The smaller groups and fantastic instructors made the whole week a fun experience. Jazz and George were both great. Getting down and talking to the kids at their level. The right amount of gentle encouragement and persitance to bring on confidence and ski level in just five days. Very pleased with his badge! Thank you

Best skiing lessons I've ever had; I thought I was incapable when I arrived in Morzine. Tom deserves high praise for patiently coaxing us from the nursery slope to the chair lifts & beyond. Our group may not have progressed as fast as some, but Tom progressed us at our own rate & in a way that was so much fun I can't wait for next year.
