We are delighted to announce that the great British public has chosen the British Alpine Ski and Snowboard School as its favourite, in the 2014 Snowvole awards.
These awards are nominated, short listed and voted for, entirely by the public.
Special thanks go to all of our great clients and to our talented BASS teams!

Want something different? Bamboo ski poles are back :-)
BAMBOO IS NATURALLY STRONG
Our bamboo poles are at least 2x stronger than traditional aluminium poles under constant load, and even better when it comes to quick impacts due to their natural flex: they bend.
IT LOOKS COOL
Our ski poles are individually made by hand from natural bamboo canes, making each piece one of a kind. Classic and stylish. They can also be customised with different types and colour handles and baskets, and engraving your name, favourite phrase or personal motto.

2. POLE PLANT
Simon Reddy trained through our Pro instructor training programme, became a qualified ski instructor and went on to launch Summit Goggles in 2011.
From those early connections, many of the BASS team wear Summit goggles on the hill everyday. You can say that we have pretty much tested every model.
Piste Improver and Piste Master Week Courses in the Chamonix Valley.
Join us this year for some special weeks imporoving your piste skiing.
We have 2 levels specifically designed to help you get the most from you holiday:
Piste skiers who have taken time to develop onto most runs but have not yet mastered the control on varying degrees of slopes and textures of snow. Confidence still needs to be built through practicing a range of tactical skills so that any groomed slope is achievable at the speed that suits you.
We think so, but what is Les Gets’ secret? We think it’s all about variety and more specifically, the variety of slopes.
Everyone has a favourite resort and different reasons why. Whether it’s the village, the slopes or a favourite restaurant, there is something that draws us back to certain places, time and time again.
The Les Gets ski area has such a wide range of slopes that are quick to access, it's ideal for groups with mixed levels of experience and abilities.
